Acme Disys has an in-house R&D centre which is completely equipped with latest CAD/CAM/CAE workstations to provide the apex in their work.

Acme Disys themselves

At Acme, we get involved with the client and provide best solutions for enhancing their processes. We assist the customer for size selection based on layout, plan and requirement. The company has also installed three high end injection moulding machines for try outs, testing and operator training for customers.

With complete focus on customer requirements and comfort, we provide assistance to our domestic as well as international customers for commissioning of the molds to ensure flawless delivery. Along with the products, Acme provides a free standard kit that carries all essential spare parts and tools required for maintenance of the product.

Support

Acme provides excellent after sale support to its customers. The support team is prompt in action and available to the customers 24*7 through multiple channels. Apart from online support system, a team of five qualified engineers is available round the clock to provide technical support to the clients.

At any given point in time, the company maintains inventory of spares available, which enables Acme to deliver the parts with a quick turn around time and serve the customers with effective after sales support. The downtime of the machine is therefore reduced to the barest minimum.
