Over the last few years, Acme Disys has evolved as a leading player in the PET Preform industry developing optimized mold systems for all types of Preform designs and PET machines. It develops molds for preforms ranging from 4 gms to 700 gms and neck size varying from 12mm to 150 mm.  ACME has successfully developed molds up to 48 cavities with complete in-house capability for designing, manufacturing, inspection and testing of the molds.

Owing to its specially developed modular concepts and precision of molds, the inserts are easy to exchange and enable production of varied preforms from the same mold. The hardened mold parts with deeply engaged tapers enhance the mold life and require minimum maintenance at the customers’ end. Special surface treatment and coating on inserts is provided ensuring easy ejection of preforms. Advanced engineering, machining and finishing techniques guarantee the high quality molds.
