The unit houses an advanced design setup equipped with design and simulation techniques required for cost-efficient prototyping & manufacturing of PET Preform molds. For producing precision mold inserts & Vertical Milling Centres for superior quality mold bases.

It also has a conventional setup equipped with high precision machines assisting the development and manufacturing of the mold inserts. The finished inserts are then assembled into a mold in the assembly section and further tested for functionality and performance. For ensuring optimum quality molds, it has an in-house quality testing centre with necessary resources for raw material inspection, in-process checks and end product testing.
